As part of a commitment to integrated services to homeowner associations, Kinney Management Services has offered landscape maintenance to its management clients since the company's inception in 1983. In the spring of 2011, in order to expand the scope of landscape services available to its customers, KMS joined forces with Somerset Landscape (landscapeinc.us). KMS and Somerset work hand in hand to provide quality, responsive, cost efficient landscape service to KMS communities. Through our partnership, we are now able to offer large scale tree trimming along with comprehensive weed and pest control. KMS features a pass through on landscape parts and supplies with no mark-up to the association, taking advantage of our volume buying power. We are experts on landscape services for homeowner associations and even if our management customers do not utilize our landscape division, they can be certain that our unprecedented landscape knowledge is a strong asset to their community.
