KMS has a full service landscape division designed to work hand in hand with its management staff. Fully flexible in its approach, KMS offers the special ability to provide on-site workers who are assigned to one project on a daily basis. This allows one or more landscape technicians to become completely familiar with every aspect of the community, including its Board and residents. For communities that do not require on-site services, KMS offers weekly service through well organized and geographically concise crews who mow, trim, maintain irrigation systems, and remove trash and debris. Through the direction of the project manager, each community's priorities and concerns are addressed through the foreman and crew chief who are readily available on a routine basis.
