Joanne, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, first joined Kinney Management Services in February 1988. As a seasoned veteran of the homeowner association industry, it is Joanne’s job to oversee and insure the quality, consistency and accuracy of all management, administrative and financial services offered by the company.

 Management functions include: 

• Community managers including training and internal support
• Presenting KMS to potential clients interested in learning about the versatile menu of services available to communities
• Interfacing with Board members to insure satisfaction of services

 Accounting department functions include: 

• Monthly financial reporting
• Accounts payable
• Assessment collection systems and procedures
• Tax preparation to include federal, state, and corporation commission filings
• Banking relationships

Administrative functions include: 

• Enforcement systems and procedures
• Newsletter preparation
• Special correspondence
• Resale Disclosure and Transfer Fee systems and procedures
